    Fitness Goals

    What are some of the Goals you have or have accomplished?
    Here are some I have done or would like to do.

    6 min mile run
    225x30+ raw bench
    315x20 raw squat
    100+ pushups
    70+ situps in one minute
    12 Round fight



    Add to the list to give us all some new ideas and goals.

    i'd like to accomplish 225lbs for 12-15reps by november-december.
    **EDIT** also a 200lb military press by the end of the year.
    and also i'd like to be 195-200lbs by december-jan. and start cutting and be at 10-12% bf by december 2007

    10K run in under 45 minutes
    this is my biggest goal to achieve before christmas, so far my best actual race time is 48.30
    Male, 38 years old, 5ft 11", 187lbs
    Goals; 10k sub 46mins 10 mile sub 77 mins
    half marathon sub 120 mins

    before 1st january 2007 i want all my big lifts to be over 200lbs (bench, squat, deadlift mainly, but also oh press, dips and chins if possible. the last two are including BW obviously :P, i dont think my backpack could hold 200lbs.)

    go from 300x5 to 400x5 dead's in less than 1 month.
    db bench press 70x7 to 95x7 in less than 1 month. (hopefully, this one's gonna be hard)

    Did a few years ago, now that my body feels healthy I'm starting again but just for fun and a change of pace for my workouts....most I will ever do is a 4 round fight at my age.

    I don't believe this to be possible for a human being, but a 315 pound full Turkish get up is a lifetime goal of mine, haha. Also, triple BW deadlift, quadruple BW farmers walk, double BW clean, chin up and pull up with BW attached. That's pretty much it.

    Sweet! I've been throwing heavy bag and speed bag workouts in lately, what a workout! Looking to do some sparring.
