If I run everyday, will i take size off of my legs or will the muscle only build and get bigger. I already have fery musclular thighs and i am ataully trying to lose some inches. I dont want to do anything to make them bigger. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!!

From what I understand, intense cardio is detrimental to gaining muscle mass. Therefore I would say there's a distinct possibility your legs will shrink from an excessive amount of running, along with the rest of the muscle in your body.Originally Posted by SnBdr190

Yes. Lots of endurance running is likely to shrink you thighs (and everywhere else too). Check out any pro marathon runner. You've probably got more muscle in your forearms than they do in their thighs.Originally Posted by SnBdr190
