Talking Cardio/Weights Training Splits

Can anyone refer me to info on effective training plans that include both cardio and weight training?

Well, I use weights Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Run on Wednesday and Saturday, that works well for me.

I'd keep your cardio and Weights on different days but it depends on your goals and time.

You could use a routine like this one and do your cardio on the rest days.
