    Question cardio.....whats the best way?

    whats the best way to do cardio for helping lower bf%? i've reached my goal of 185lbs and wanna start cutting persay. hiit cardio? morning cardio? 3x's a week? 20-30min. sessions 3x's a week?

    i know lowering bf% is diet but i wanna throw in cardio to help

    start with a good hypocaloric diet and almost no cardio. add in from there. HIIT is great depending on how many time a week and at what intensity you are training legs.

    hypocaloric means under maintenace.

    hypo means below or under or less than normal.

    hypotonic muscles are muscles that function less then normal or are inhibited and fire improperly.

    the opposite of hyper- meaning greater than, more, above normal...

    hypercaloric- overmaintenance

    hypertonic muscles- overactive, overstimulated muscles.
