    Arrow Speed training

Has anyone here had good results with a speed routine or know of any good speed routines? As well, when training for speed, what's the best way to train with weights? Anyone done a jumpsoles routine from start to finish?

One from athleticquickness.com and the other from jumpusa.com. I already have a pair of jumpsoles but I don't know where the program is. That's why I bought one from jumpusa. I've used the jumpsoles once before. Only used them for two weeks and without question it improved my hops. I did not even start the program they had suggested. I was just walking around in them and jumping in place to prepare for the program. I'm very confident that these things really work...

If these produce good results I'll likely buy a few others as well just to learn all I can. Almost ordered the Chris Carter FAST program off ebay as well.
