A friend of mine and I used to always play a game involving several of those pushups. We had a deck of 52 cards and they were all on the ground faced down. We each took turns picking out a card and we were to do a specific kind of pushup based on what the card was (clubs = standard, diamonds = palms in, hearts = fist, spades = fingertips) and how many we had to do (2-10, J=11, K=12, A=15, Joker=20). It used to be so fun but it was challenging especially if you kept picking out high cards.

Sounds like what a couple of meat-heads would play. I played hold em.

just dont do one arm pushups. I could do 25 a while ago and got ALOT of strength from it but lived with bad joints for a little over a year. Now a days my joints are recovered (a really tiny bit of joint pain once in a while but its all good) and am much stronger than i was then.
They place immense pressure on the shoulder and elbow joints which is not exactly good for the 'long run'.

We were only like 10-11 years old at the time dude. Your idea of fun is to post an average of 40+ times a day. Some life.

Those are badass. I have my clients do those sometimes. I love pushup variations, and a lot of my clients are overweight enough or weak enough that pushup variations do the trick, heh. Of course, dive bombers are pretty damned hard if you stay real low on the return.
