which would work better?
What would work better for bulking up faster?
upper/lower/rest/upper/lower or doing a couple muscle groups a day with a rest once every muscle group has been worked |

bulking has more to do with diet.
But I like upper/lower splits more than body part splits. |

Eating a lot will bulk you up, and body part routines arent very good IMO. Too much oppertunity to overtrain.
Go with Upper/Lower and eateateat. |

As already said, both can be effective with a good diet. However, I much prefer higher frequency programs. Theoretically, higher frequency programs should yield better results, and thus far empirically I am finding this to be true as well; a lot of people on these boards have had good success using higher frequency programs.
