    Strengthening Routine for Abs?

    I usually don't work my abs being lean already but my little nephew punched me in the stomach and it made me realize that that was my softspot. can anyone recommend a routine to strengthen my abs.

    Sounds like you just weren't ready to be punched and didn't brace for it...

    Houdini could withstand the punch of a fully grown man, but even he had to brace for it.

    Your abs are probably fine, leave their training to the big lifts where they need to stabalize you like heavy squats.
