Is this what you mean by resetting P-Funk or do you mean stay in the position and wait then do it again.

He's lockin out his legs pretty early...I have been guilty of this in the past.

About resetting...I'm not P-Funk...but what I think he means is set the weight down, readjust ur grip if necessary, drop ur hips, tighten ur spine back up and proceed to do the next rep as if it was the first...hence the reset

Besides that....don't you have lower back pain....why the hell are you deadlifting?

You are pretty strong to be pullin 275 at 16 years old diablo. Looking good.

Here is an example of how to do a deadlift correctly. His form is questionable but i am referring to the resetting part where he re-grips his hands and sets up again.

His back looks a little too rounded at the beginning of the lift and when he drops the bar back down on the ground.

That's what I was thinking. The lumbar hyperextension is fucking ugly. His lower back is not going to like him later in life.

Yes I have lower left back pain which I think is from muscle imbalance or something I read with erector spinae. I am not sure yet and don't goto a specialist for like 3 weeks.

if you have a muscle imbalance in the erectors (like overactive erectors) then you shouldn't be doing something that places greater stress on them, like deadlifting.

thats what you think you may have. you may in fact be dealing with something far more serious. dont fuck with your lower back, because once you hurt it good enough its hard to get it back to where it was.

THAT is what I did! The last time I deadlifted heavy weight, I hyperextended just the guy in the vid did. And that was months ago.

    God dammit.
