Train Movements Not Body parts. Read stickies. Shoulder Gets worked in almost every pushing/pulling movement exercises, and I don't do any isolation for them.

I just do overhead pressing variations and a little isolation rotator cuff and rear delt work for good measure.

OH Press, Bench Rows, + Bench Press are my main ones, but like Mike said - they get worked in pretty much all pushing movements, and a lot of pulling ones too.

My favorite routine:

Cable side laterals for 3 sets of 12-15
DB overhead presses for 3-4 sets of 8-12
DB side laterals for 3 sets of 10
DB rear laterals for 3-4 sets of 12-15
DB shrugs for 4 sets of 15

My current routine:

Chest workout(hits front delts)
Machine side laterals for 4 sets of 10-15
Reverse pec-dec flyes for 4 sets of 12-15

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

I like it. Plus they do make a difference... Besides I can't Mike. I've decided to go easy on the joints. I've got plenty of size and strength. My workouts will get me to my goal...

For me, other than dips/benching etc just standing overhead presses, and push presses... No need for rear delt flys, lat raises etc in my opinion.
