    pre-exhausting question

Can anyone tell me the correct way to pre-exhaust? Should the exercises be done as supersets or each set done alone. For example....dumbell flyes followed imediately by bench as one set, or 4 sets of flyes then 4 sets of flat bench. Any helpful info appreciated.

Back to back would be more like a superset or giant set. My idea of pre-exhausting a muscle is doing a isolation movement first ( ie. 3-4 sets of flys or peck-deck) then doing bench after thay.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

It can be done either way... Most people would do all their flyes first, then 4 sets of presses. That's what I do for legs. Extensions then my squats.
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

I've never even thought of finishing the isolation exercise in its entirety first, but that could definitely work. Usually it is done as a superset.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
