depends on your goals and/or what you are trying to acomplish in the training session.

locking out places the tension on the joints and takes it off the muscles. If you are training for strength and/or doing 'breathing sets' (like for squats) you are going to lock out so that you can prepare for each rep and put everything you got into it.

if you are training for BB'ing or hypertrophy specific reasons, then not locking out with keep the tension on the muscle and prevent it from resting. also good.

    so, it depends.

I would definitely lockout my knees. If you don't, then you won't achieve full hip extension, or you will have to lean way back in order to fully extend the hips. That is just asking for hyperextension of the lumbar spine, which is a no no in general, but especially with that kind of weight in your hands.

For muscle development, tension time should be maximum, in my opinion. That isn't to say don't lockout. I do it when I have to, to prevent early failure.

Locking out can have benefits, like allowing the biological waste of motion to disperse, catching your breath, and so forth..

You can improve tension time by lowering the weight more slowly (or raising it more slowly) or pausing at the point of full stretch, etcetera.

It's when you come home late after being out with the guys and the wife has all the doors locked forcing you to have to stay at your girlfriends pad for the night.

It must be the rigorous density training. I, for one, take all my sets to failure.

Stretching the skin while shaving will increase chances of ingrown hairs. Application of moisturizer is a must post-shaving as well!!!
