Tricep symmetry and size
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I found this informative article on line from Iron Magazines web site.
http://www.ironmagazine.com/viewarticle-958.html I was wondering if and shape. My left arm though a little weaker than my right and a tad smaller has a larger latteral triceps head the my right. I predominantly do two arm training exercises when training my triceps and was wondering if the the principles listed in the article above would apply to evening out differences in muscular size and shape on such an isolated muscle as the latteral tricep head. ![]() |

Basically all the article says is use dumbbell movements. Go for it. Dumbbells are a good training tool.
