    I'm vain.

And I can't seem to upload my files into my gallery ( something about not supporting the image type but it's a .jpg ) so I'm just gonna post these pictures via a website. Yes, I know I'm fat. This is me at around 25-30% BF. That's me at 6'3, 275. Any comments are appreciated. Will try and figure out the gallery thing, but for now here you go. Just traps & chest, don't know if I'll bother with the wheels for now.

how did you come up with 25-30% BF? I don't think that you look to be 25-30%, but, it is a little hard to tell from those pics.

BF is measured over the whole body....not just at the abdomen.

Looks to me you just have a disposition of storing fat about the abdomen.

Aha, I do too I think. It's weird, but I don't worry about it. It gives me more weight in the core area which allows me to move people around easier and keep my balance.

Well I don't know if having flab around the abdomen is going to set you at 30 percent body fat..I'd guess in the 20s somewhere, but it's impossible to tell.

In football you're right, it may have some advantageous qualities.
