what are some different trap exercises? I am going for bulk. Telling me then explaining how they are good would be very helpful. I am currently using the barbell front shrug routine and am now looking for others.
Thanks!

1. Handstand shrugs- Do a handstand up against a wall or free standing then do a shrug at the top.
2. Standing overhead DB shugs- Raise two DB's above your head keeping your arms straight. Shrug at top of movement. It's a small movement.

Nothing hits my traps like a good ol' deadlift.

Deadlift, OH Press...
I find chin ups and some rowing movements get them a little aswell.
