Question Deloading.

what is it? i thought their was a thread about it but i couldnt find it if their is.

Taking a week off or doing a week of light and or low volume work to give your CNS a break. You do it to allow the fatigue you have accumulated to disappear and to allow your fitness levels to be at their peak for when you finish with the deload.
