Progress? (Please Critique!)

Ok iv been training on and off ... due to family issues ect... but iv finally reached my initial goal of getting to 10% body fat , now my next goal is to get to under 8%.

Remember my goal is just to tone up and be lean.

Now that you have reached your goal of 10% body fat (congrats), skip the goal of getting to 8% and start a good clean bulk to put some muscle on that frame.

@10% BF you should look pretty ripped, but you obviously don't have a lot of muscle on your frame at all. I know you don't want to get big, but at least big enough to when you cut again people will be like "yeah he works out"

I think you just need to add a bit of overall muscle mass. Your physique appears to be pretty balanced, at least what I can see of it.

Adding "some muscle onto your frame" is a far cry from "getting huge". If you dropped your bodyfat anymore right now you'd just plain look skinny. I'm pretty sure you'll need to add more muscle to meet your ideal physique, so do it before cutting.
