Has this ever happened to you?
You're at the gym and you're doing your thing and someone comes up to you to tell you wrong advice? I guess it's only for people who aren't older, but some guy told me I was doing weighted dips wrong ( I was going about parallel and he wanted me to increase my ROM.) I just played the nievety card and told him i'll try it out so I wouldn't offend him.

Most of the time I just listen to them and say thanks for the opinion. But if it is really bad advice I will tell them so.

I am usually giving advice to everyone. I dont care, they must know what I am thinking and they must perform the way I tell them to do. Because I give the advice and walk away but get this, I keep looking until they change.
