run before or after??
To maximize fat loss and keep size should i run my 2 miles and sprints and bleachers before i do my full body workout or after?

but i have to work in the morning and i love working out in the morning so i wondering on those days which i should do first

If you have to do it all in one fell swoop, then I would sprint after your warmup, but before you lift, and then jog after the workout.
