    Post My routine :DDD

I joined this forum when I was at 140 pounds- I benched like 135. Now im at 166 pounds and at my peak, I was benchin 225. I'm 5'11 so I'm pretty skinny btw..

so lets seee.... I havent been working out due to work, school, and social life. I workout maybe 2-3 times a week. How would I do the routine?

    day1: chest,tri
    day2: rest
    day3: bi,shoulder
    day4: rest
    day5: abs,legs,back

    would this be viable?

for cardio I pick a fight with the punching bag.. I can't run too much because I had a lung surgery a couple years back- it still bothers me.
