    Welterweight... any help?

I recently picked up boxing as just a hobby.. hitting the speed bag and heavy bag for excercise... however, i started thinkin about getting into it seriously..

A guy at my gym told me I would make a good boxer because of my height weight and reach....

5'10", 144lbs, 75 inch reach... However, Im 19 years old.. Any ideas of how I could get better and how long per day i should be training?

I already lift a full body routine 2 times-3 times a week.. and do some plyometrics, and also know you need to jump rope.

#1. You will probably grow onto a Light Middleweight ( 154)
#2. Go to a gym in the ghetto and get a trainer
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
