    A way to fix it would be to start switching right?
    200lbs @ 5'11 3/4"
    Bench - 170lbs x 2, Conventional Deadlift - 360lbs x 1, ATG Squat - 250lbs x 2

    yes, start switching. you should be alternating every set, or as some do every rep.

    I alleviate the problem all together by pulling with an overhanded hook grip. it feels a lot more natural then the mixed grip. when ever i pulled like that i would always twist a little in my spine and torque my back to the side that was underhanded.

    yup, overhand grip and tuck your thumb underneath your first and second finger. that is the hook grip.
