    Smile good light workout today :)

    today i did a light workout(push) and the next 2 workouts i'm gonna go light too . it actually felt pretty good to go light w/really strict form. i'll prolly be sore tomorrow even tho i went light but bc of the strict form and reps.(8 reps)

    thats good, but you should think about starting a journal if your going to talk about daily progress and what you did. Go to the Online Journal and start a thread and keep up on that, instead of posting in the Training section.

    what kind of intensity did you use for the 8 reps? Maybe if you were using 65-70% could it be a light day. Otherwise, that wasn't a real light day.

    well i was using 135lbs for bench for 8reps and my max bench is 275

    that is like 50%. I would say that is defenitly light!

    Kenwood benches more than me......

    Of course no one knows for sure what he can really lift...he had us thinkin he was deadlifting 400+ a second ago....only to find out it was rack deads with straps.

    Dont worry about it, hes ugly. No amount of benching will fix that.
