Please Comment on Bubba the Love Sponge's Work Out
This was designed with Hulk Hogan... and to me it looks horrible and against almost everything I have learned here. Is Hulk Hogan really that out of touch on working out?
He is taking all sorts of suppliments even though he is just cutting and still weighs like 250+ pounds. (down from well over 300)
Here is his workout...
Monday
Chest/Back/abs/cardio
Tuesday
Shoulder/abs/cardio
Wednesday
abs/cardio
Thursday
Legs/abs/cardio
Friday/sat
abs/cardio
In the last year him and Hulk just figured out he should be doing his cardio after weights instead of before... but for heart rate reasons. No mention that he can probably lift better before cardio...
not that it matters really though. He uses mostly machines in the 18-20 rep range because "This tends to lean you out and define you more than make you bulky"
I am just a little confused how someone like Hulk Hogan had anything to do with this...
Hogan's training is EXTREMLY old school. On an episode of Hogan Knows Best, he was training his son and as soon as they stepped in the gym he said "give me 10 push-ups as a warm up". No stretching, warm ups, or anything like that.
