Anyone see the Doggcrapp interview in FLEX?

I would venture to guess most people here, like me, don't read muscle rags since they are so full of shit. I was in an airport a couple of days ago with time to kill and I noticed a FLEX mag on the newsstand with DOGGCRAPP TRAINING as the header. Since most of us here are well familar with Dante, and his war with the dickhead we now know as Ironman , I had to read it. Interesting stuff.

If you read the interview.... comments?

Just i went out and picked up the copy as I talk to Dante via emails here and there. He's a great PT and anyone looking to step it up a notch should contact him at DC@cyber-rights.net.

I liked the article and the more in-depth explanation of his methods. As with all good programs, it's just progessive resistance training, but with a refreshing twist. Rest/pause and progressive resistance are nothing new, and Dante doesn't profess anything to the contrary. I've experimented with it briefly and so far... I like it. I'll call it JerseyCrapp

Ive been using DC since July, low vol & very high intensity with RP but also extreme stretching with very good progress. I've been doing it as a periodisation approach while using muslenow. I really like it's approach at always going b*lls out to beat the log book - something I really should have been doing in the past and got lazy...

It appears to me that a lot of people think his training sucks. This is because those who say so haven't tried it. It's their lost, not those that have.

There's not a sole on this board that Dante couldn't take to the next level. This is a fact.

How about an example of progressive resistance training and rest/pause for a set of bench presses. Thanks.
