Blood
I gave blood for the first time yesterday. Now that Ive been they would like me to give blood once every twelve weeks.
Will this effect weight lifting performance? Is it bad for the body? Does it efect training? I was thinking of doing it everry 6 months. Anyone Know anything on this subject. |

I was told that you should wait at least 2 days until you lift again.

I wouldn't lift after giving blood but It shouldn't really hurt you I mean its only twice a year.

I agree with the others, every 6 months shouldn't be a problem.
