    Arms

    Is it better to train arms all on the same day or break it up. IE. Bi's Tri's and Forearms. Should i only be working one muscle group from arms a day?

    i suggest push/legs/pull

    mon- chest/shoulders/tri's(PUSH)

    wed-legs

    fri-back/bi's(PULL)
