    Biceps

Yesterday i was doing my back workouts and for some reason my biceps got pumped. So i got down to examining it and found out that when its flexed it looks big like in my pic but when i flex it straitgned (sp?) it look small when viewed from the front. Any idea on how to increase width. thannx . the pic is in my gallery.

I'm not sure if you can work on "width" specifically. It's just genetics and the shape of your bicep. Work it enough, and I'm sure it will gain some width.

You can't shape a muscle. Your bicep is pretty big compared to your overall arm size though, so I wouldn't worry about it anyway.

Try to work the long head of the biceps. That will work the brachialis and give the illusion of width.

i use to only do bb curls for isolation, and it gave me the pointy shape. I've added cable curls, now theyy're getting the flatter rounddy shape, which i'm liking.
