    What kind of workout should i start with?

    Alright ive been lifting for about 3 years on and off...right now i cant work out because of getting my wisdom teeth out...nd havin two jobs....along with going to skool.. When i recover from the wisdom teeth i am planning on joining a gym and starting to work out again...if i cant join a gym...i do have limited weights in my basement....im going to continue using whey protien with bsns nitrix. neone got a good workout routine for me and maybe some nutrition advice...im 5 11 and i weigh about 170-175.,,.help please....

    read the stickies at the top of the training section, pick something, try it for 4-6weeks, pick something else, try it etc etc.

    and in the meantime hang out here and you'll learn and understand how to properly train.

    Try a full body 2 or 3 times a week thing. Pretty good if you have limited time.

    But yeah, Yanick is right - read the stickies and see what appeals to you. Same goes for the nutrition section.
