I have a wide neck 18 inches and I have never used steriods.

I work my neck with a head harness.

big traps will make your neck look thicker. also a big SCM (sternocleidomastoid) can make a neck look powerful, some have it naturally, some train it.

are you going to start a thread about everybody part?

judging by your pictures I would say the only thing you NEED to worry about at the moment is lifting weights and eating a lot of food.
