    Signs of Over Training?

    On monday, i worked my back and i really worked it till my biceps got pumped.
    But then my biceps really pained and know its three days and its still paining. Is that overtraining and if not what are the signs of overtraining?

    Over training is more a cns issue, increased resting heart rate, chronic fatigue, strength decrease, lack of progress.

    You just worked your bi's out properly for once. If i take 2 weeks off and then hit say legs, they're sore for a week, painfully sore. If i hit them more often they're sore for 2 days tops.

    My bi's are similar. Hit them hard twice a week and they'll be sore less.
