best training for vegetarian hoping to drop fat

Hi all,

I've been vegetarian for about 4 years or so

and im fairly healthy, 6 foot, 170lbs
i have a 6 pack n such

but my problems are I have a pretty bad double chin

and I also have a semi bad case of bitch tits.

my quesiton is...

Is there any diet that I can start on along with a workout that will help me drop the fat, tits, and chin?

Thank
