    Race, genetics and bodybuilding.

Lets settle this once and for all. Does it matter what race your to have superior genes than other races? Mike tyson weighted 200 lbs when he was thirteen due to his increased muscle mass and would bet workers at his boxing gym for a ten dollar bill to bench two times his weight. It s a fact, i got it from the internet. Plus this boy yeh in my country, he is asian not black he is short but is muscular and got excellent build and a low Bf% that you could see his muscle fibres . Aound hes area theres no Gym or that kinda thing. he just works at his dads farm who is also muscular but short like him. His oldest brother is also muscular but has a higher bf % while his middle brother is skinny.

And stop going on about that kid working on the farm. You already made a topic like that.

If youre that obsessed with his body go and ask him out. After dinner and a movie he may just tell you his secret training methods.

    fucken jokes!!!

    IT'S ALL GENETICS
A friend that I work out with sometimes, started the same time as I did and about the same size. He uses a bumfuck routine of biceps curls and benchpresses. Yet his arms and chest are incches bigger than mine. Just like his weekend warrior brother who works out when he feels like it, who is also huge while eating out all the time.

Then there's my uncle who's been working out for two years, but still looks the same.

lawl, Mike Tyson couldn't bench 400 lbs when he was 13. You read it on the internet eh? Must be true. I'll agree that Tyson had incredible genetics for strength. You can't base a race's genetic superiority based on one man.

Get a british flag up there, u moron... Oh and yea genetics plays a massive role in body composition. And race's seem to have an effect on genetics.

...Once again ur a racist and a damn shame to our country!
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

I will probably just be ignored but I'll ask anyway. Since bodybuilder pictures are...bodybuilder pictures they are very muscular and have good shape and all. I 'm just wonderin if you guys have any pics of bodybuilders before they were large. I'm just curious what, if any potential there is for a small shouldered person like myself.

You're not going to look like a professional bodybuilder unless you are willing to juice like a maniac, in addition to doing everything else right. However, you can certainly make great strides in terms of improving your physique. Don't be discouraged. It takes time and dedication, but you can make some pretty drastic improvements.

i could show you pictures of arnold when he was 16 but thats just plain depressing. Most of the top guys have some wild genetics and have been huge for quite some time. Then again there are some pro's that started out rather small. I believe Lee Priest was super small when he was in his teens and you can kind of see it in his frame now.
"When i was 15 years old, i took all of my clothes off and looked in the mirror. When i stared at myself naked, I realized that to be perfectly proportioned I would need 20 inch arms to match the rest of me." -Arnold
