My routine
I've been lifting for about 3 1/2 months now. I have gotten noticeably stronger, but have only gotten a little bit bigger. I'm naturally pretty skinny so it's hard for me to gain a lot of weight,15 years old, 6' 1", 152 lbs, 9.6% body fat. Recently I've changed my routine, I've gone from lifting 5 days a week to 3, and changed my diet. My current lifting routine is:
Day 1: Chest and Shoulder Day 2: Arms and Back Day 3: Legs and Abs I think this should help, but I'd like any suggestions. |

That's not a routine. That's a split, and not a particularly good one at that.
If it's "hard for you to gain weight," then you probably need to start counting calories. I would never gain any weight if I didn't. Please read the stickies, put together a program, give us more detail, and we'll help you out. |
