    have you tried alternating weeks going heavy on deads ? that works well, your hammys won't be sore every leg wo.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    I really am considering that. My legs are still sore from last Saturdays leg workout.. been too long

    So when I went to do back I skipped deads.. lift heavy or not all mentallity... but yeah I could have repped out instead which I will do next time.
