Avoid full body if you can only work 2 consecutive days. Do upper / lower.

Sat- Push with squats
Sun- Pull with deadlifts
But why can you not workout on any other day?

reason i can't workout during weekdays is because of work and school. its packed in freggin tight and I give myself barely any sleep![]()
