    Post working out only sat/sunday

    if i can only workout on saturday / sunday, best bet is to do a full body workout right?

    Avoid full body if you can only work 2 consecutive days. Do upper / lower.

    Sat- Push with squats
    Sun- Pull with deadlifts

    But why can you not workout on any other day?

    squat
    bench
    Db shoulder press
    tricep pressdown

    sun
    deadlift
    chin up
    row
    bicep curl

    curls- because working elbow flexion isn't bad. yes, chin ups hit it...but, some elbow flexion is fine. same with elbow extension. It isn't going to kill you and it will help strengthen tendon insertions.

    reason i can't workout during weekdays is because of work and school. its packed in freggin tight and I give myself barely any sleep
