Squats/Deadlift
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I pulled my groin a couple of weeks ago and I can't do any quad dominant leg exercises as a result. Yesterday, I did 8 working sets of 3 heavy deadlifts, 4 sets of good mornings and leg extensions. Do you guys think this will be ok for my legs until I can squat and leg press again?
