Yet another quick question ...

ok well last monday i did benchpress w/65% of my 1rm for 12reps and i feel that i didn't really do benchpress this week(even tho i did). i was wondering if i could throw it in w/tomorrows workout? heres tomorrows workout:

deads-
SLDLs
DB Rows
Reverse Hypers
wg Pullups

could i do bench in there somewhere? or should i just wait till monday ?

why dont you just let your chest heal/rest until monday and then tear it apart???

ok i'll just do that . i feel that i havnt trained my chest this week yet bc i went so light

You don't have to, and shouldn't, always lift heavy.
