    How odd.....

    My triceps have never been sore before. Then after pull day I feel soreness in the innermost head of the triceps. Must have been the pullovers I did.

    I'll do some dumbell triceps extensions next push day and see if I can reproduce this soreness

    Was This The First Time Youve Done Pullovers? Thats Weird, Maybe It Just Got Sore From Your Last Push Day, Sometimes It Could Happen A Couple Of Days After.

    what other exercises do you perform in your pull routine?

    Heh, my triceps (and delts) are never sore either while the rest of my body does get sore a lot.

    I don't think it's a problem, it's just genetics. Some people don't get sore at all.

    No I've done pullovers before, just not in a long while. It was definitely the pullovers that did it, all the other exercises were strict pulling movements that I do all the time.

    I do pullovers weekly...but If i don't do them, or take a week off....the next time I do them my abs are madd sore.

    When you do pullovers do you let your elbows bend that much? Or do you try and keep your arms pretty straight?
