    How a power lifting program would be setup?

    I need help setting up a power lifting program.I know Squats,Deads,Bench but what days and reps?
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

    Wednesday -Workout B
    Friday - Workout A

    Week 2:

    Monday - Workout B
    Wednesday - Workout A
    Friday - Workout B

    Workout A
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Bench Press
    1x5 Deadlift

    Workout B
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Standing military press
    3x5 Bent Rows or power cleans( switch it up)Is this good????
