    Misaligned Shoulders

    I've noticed this now for a while, it's not a huge issue to me, more a minor inconvenience.

    Basically when i look in the mirror, face on, one side is higher than the other. By this i mean that around my shoulders, one is probably an inch or so higher than the other. I'm trying to find out what's causing this. My traps are irregular, although this is the only explanation for this.

    As i said its not a huge issue, though it'd be nice to correct it.

    Heres a picture to show you what i mean;

    And from the back http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/792/back3ia1.jpg

    Thanks in advance

    Not that i know of mate. If anything my back seems to be my strongest part. My mother was diagnosed with a form of spinabifida a few years back (the dormant kind, not sure on the exact name) which was aggravated by a nasty fall which caused a slipped disc.

    And Mike, thats standing up straight for me.

    it could be nothing or something, have someone qualified in your area take a look at you and how you perform certain movements to get a diagnosis. its next to impossible to see if/what is wrong with you over the internet.

    Have you ever been to a chiropractor? That might be a good place to start.
