it's suppose to be a killer abdominal exercise. Havn't tried it yet. It doesn't look like much at first glance, but looks can be decieving. I'll know by tomorrow.
Dragonflags are fucking badass. They are really hard. That second picture is just the negative. Trying to bring yourself back up is way harder, heh.

I never knew what they were called, a friend of mine showed them to me, said her wrestling coach told her to do them...I find they work very well![]()

I did 3 sets of 5 reps (dragon flags) last night, they are killer!!
I love em, major DOMS today.......
