    it's suppose to be a killer abdominal exercise. Havn't tried it yet. It doesn't look like much at first glance, but looks can be decieving. I'll know by tomorrow.

    Dragonflags are fucking badass. They are really hard. That second picture is just the negative. Trying to bring yourself back up is way harder, heh.

    I had to look these up since goob mentioned them a while ago. I cant find the page he posted pics up in my old journal, so I had to use search. In any case, Yeah I can and have done them. Real hard.

    I coulda sworn goob's pics looked different...

    Haha, and I can't take credit, DOMS passed them on to me.

    Good work though. I can do 3 sets of 10, although not the way that is shown in those pics above. Fuck no. On an ab bench.

    I can go lower with my legs, but I cant do the reps you can do. I did them today, followed by pendelums, as planned.

    I never knew what they were called, a friend of mine showed them to me, said her wrestling coach told her to do them...I find they work very well

    I did 3 sets of 5 reps (dragon flags) last night, they are killer!!

    I love em, major DOMS today.......
