I picked HIIT, but as long as you do any of them, then they will work.

A good diet. Come on Kenwood, do a search. You've been around long enough you know this has been asked countless times.

Jan 30th is a solid 5 months away.

If you get your diet in check Kenwood and stick with a good training/cardio routine you could achieve some great results.

There is no way anyone could quantify how bf you could lose as there are too many variables, but you could certainly get lean in that space of time if you are disciplined.

I am on a cut right now as the Aussie summer is 3 months away. Im doing a carb cycling type diet as per BFFM with cardio 3-4 days per week.

As long as you aim to loose 1-2 lbs/week, your talking about 20-40 lbs after those 5 months.

Your poll isn't really practical, TBH. First of, Guerilla Cardio is a form of HIIT, so those are basically the same. Secondly, diet (the best way) is not included. Lastly, in the morning isn't a form of training, it's a time.

Seeing as how you have plenty of free time since you quit school, you should goto the store with your mom and go shopping with her. I go shopping and pay the phone/Internet bill for my household instead of paying rent.

Dude, you arenot going to do much in a week...I thought you were going for strength????You are not going to do too well with strength if you drop weight. For Christ's sake pick one thing and stick with it...It seems you have the basics to design a workout, now look into some programming and periodizatio, those concept have apparently escaped you.

As for your question...HIIT is great, walking won't do shit...If walking did anything no one would be fat.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

actually that isnt correct. you CAN get into college without a HS diploma, im not saying that ur going to get into the best college or anything but they do have public universitys (at least in florida there is PBCC which only reqs you to have a GED)

Yeah, you're right. My buddy got his GED, went to community college and got an associate's degree in general studies, then just transferred to the University of MD. I still recommend finishing high school and getting good grades. Seriously, I wish so bad I could go back and get straight As in that mother and took my SATs when I wasn't still drunk/high from the night before off like 2 hours of sleep and ended up with a serious academic scholarship.
