    How many chins can u do?

    I can do 12 at 170lbs.
    improved by 2 in two months.


    I luv them, but can't get better. how do I improve chins?

    my goal is to do 20 by the end of the year.

    still, theres guys in my gym that look MACHO, huge biceps.....but can only do 3-4.

    Yeah I do as many as I can as a warmup on back day then i hit my workout and then at the end I try to do as many as i can again...

    Im much better at Dips than Chins..

    Try holding yourself up on the bar as long as you can in between sets. Also you need to find out where your weak spot is: is it your grip, the last few inches to the bar, the start position, whatever. Once you know that you can address that area. I would also do 10 reps of 5-10 sets on one of your training days (doing them firsts in your routine) and then the next time you do them do low reps but with added weight, something like 5 reps x 3-5 sets.

    im at 150 and as of yesterday i did 23, but the last 2 i did werent exactly perfect form..

    Im now starting to add a 25 lb weight on my waist for added resistance...

    I can do at least 10 dead hang pull ups....so I'd imagine I can do more chins than that....they've always been easier for me. I weigh almost 200 right now.

    I would go see how many I can do right now....but my hands are hurting right now from deadlifts...I actually bled today.

    I did five sets of 8 when I was 210, and have been doing five sets of 14-15 at 170.

    I did like 22 wide grips at 155 before but now I can only do like 6... im working back up though.

    yeah i havnt really maxed out chins lol the best i've ever did was 22. i can only do about 12 wg pullups working on it.

    If I did them fresh (CG supinated) I could probably get between 10-14 @ ~183lbs.
