yate's row vs. bent row
What is the difference?
is it just that when doing a bent row, your body is kept closer to parallel to the ground? |

At 16 you are over thinking it. Just be consistant and stick to compound movements 90% of the time 1 or 2x a week and it will be all good. And EAT!!!

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

I can't see on being more superior then the other in my humble opinion. I would suggest alternating them week to week. Reason being, you're chaning angles and hand postion. Ultimately hitting the target muscles slightly different and adds a little change to the routine. Change is good. Keep your routine fresh. Alternate weekly or bi weekly for example. You will get good muscle growth from both or either one if you choose only one. you can't go wrong with either form of bentover row.

I also like both though. Right now I am doing bent rows in my program. Perhaps I'll switch to yates rows sometime when I decide to change some things. |

I doubt that is her final set, and she is hardly loaded with chalk. She has a little dust on her hands, and she looks a lot more built than some guys I've seen in the gym. I'd train with her.
