Brad Gillingham training the bench (for Mudge)

Gillingham taking 575 for a raw single!


This guy is probably my favorite powerlifter ever. just a beast and I like how he uses minimal gear in contest and does all his training raw. His deadlift video is sweet as hell if you can get your hands on it.....he does some sick front squats and a 720lb raw high bar back squat for a double.

I doubt he is bigger than or could out lift Dale. Still a very cool vid clip

That was a nice solid pause too. If he just did a touch and go repetition he could probably crack 600, or come damned close to it.
