    Desperate need to deload

I've postponed it for 3 weeks now. 4 months approaching 5 of training with no week off, my body's begging for it.

My question is, is it still considered deloading if I do intense cardio during the week off? and not touch any weights?

I ask cuz, I'll get mood swings if I'm totally inactive for a whole week. I need to bust a sweat everyday, or i'll get angry at absolutly anything.

intense cardio = intense neurological activity = increased demand = not unloading at all.

Suck it up and take a damned week off, boy!

If you know your body needs the rest, youre an idiot if you dont take it. Sit back and enjoy the rest.

Youll thank yourself for it when you dont overtrain.

you dont know why I go to the gym for.

HEALTH PROBS. working out relieves it like nothing else. A week, off is gonna be hell.

If i went to the gym solely for bodybuilding, I'd take a week off every 7.

demonstrate some self control and take a week off. at least be happy with the fact that your choosing to take the week off and not FORCED to take a week off because of an injury.

Keep your diet the same and you'll come back nice and fresh

I almost mentally retarded myself abusing drugs. Physical problems ain't as bad as being retarded. Retarded to the point I can't leave my house or carry out a decent conversation. Lifting weights has brought me back to 80% my normal self.

That's great that you listed all your problems. Who don't got problems. But really though

You asked for our advice, and we gave it to you. Just because we didnt give you the a-ok to keep working out endlessly without any time off you make excuses and get all defensive.

We all have health/life problems to deal with, but theyll only get worse if you keep stressing your body and CNS without a break.

So do what you want, man. We gave advice, but we cant make you take it, and probably wouldnt even if we could...because we dont necessarily give a fuck either.

    Have a blast!

Some people take a week off and it does them wonders. Other people deload and that works for them. Post the program that have you have been doing and we can help you cut it back or help you create something else that will suit your needs.

True. Why be a little fucked up, when you can deny your body a chance to rebuild, and experience the joys of being even more fucked up?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I take it back, you are indeed more fucked up than me. your a social retard, and from the looks of it, its because your a tool and not because you got some mental disease. you deserve to be choked out.

if you wanted attention so bad you could've just made the thread title "I NEED ATTENTION" so all of the people actually trying to help others on this board don't waste their time on a immature drugged out pussy who offers nothing to this world.

    kcoleman and bakerboy:

that's the reason i started this thread. I wanted to know if it's still deloading if i go really light, or just cardio. Funk says no it isn't, you guys say it's still ok. Conflicting opinions, but i still appreciate everyone's help.

i made mistakes when I was young. Now i pay. I'm not asking for attention. Everything i've said in this thread is related to my original question. I apologize for the picture, I went overboard so ill remove it. again, i hate flame threads. So sure, I'm a retard, a tool, and I should be choked out....u get the last laugh.

I have nothing more for this thread.

I think you should take time off from lifting but if you feel you MUST do some activity then keep it to light cardio.
