cant get done my workouts! twice a day routine?

help! so my workout always gets interrupted when im at the firehouse. so how would splitting up my workout into two training sessions that day be? ( gives me a better chance of getting it done than a longer sesion to have a call go on in the middle of my workout) ok? for example, days that i do chest and back should i do chest in the morning and back in the evening? but when i do push pull legs routine how the hell would i do that? if someones got a better routine for this...im listening

You could do vertical push and pull in the morning, and horizontal in the evening. Lower body push in the morning, and lower body pull in the evening on leg day. Something like that.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
