    Do younger kids recover faster than adults?

    i was wondering if teenage/ young adults recover and build muscle faster then some one whos 30+. i would expect that they do but it prob also matters on diet... i know that plays a role in recovery as well as lots of rest.

    I think they definitley recover quicker. I don't think I will be able to train as often as I do at 30.

    Yeah, I know what you mean. That's why, at age 33, I train with so few sets and never more than three days a week.

    ofcourse it's obvious that younger people recover faster and build muslces faster ..... the younger you are , the more you are growing and building.....(recovering is mostly building new cells)
