    Whats better.....MUST LOOK!

is it better to bulk up (increase weight and size) and then get lean. or should i just stick to my 170 lbs 5'10 17yrs old and then get lean? im sure that this thread will have several opinions on whats better.

when i become lean ( 170 lbs now) would it be easier to put on a lot of muscle and stay lean as in other words can i become around 180-190lbs and stay lean for the most part? or should i bulk up first and then start getting lean. or does it not really matter

When your bodyfat levels are low your body is less willing to put on muscle. I say just bulk up now and don't worry about a "clean bulk", you're only 17.

I disagree with this statement. Adipsoe tissue a conversion site for estrogen. Having excess fat invariably leads to having more excess fat. Going too low may also be problematic because of disruption of the endocrine system. I think 8-15% body fat is a good range to try and maintain for health, vanity, and productivity (When it comes to building muscle mass) reasons.

It's the way I spell adipose tissue when I've been up since 4:30AM.
